Delete your account

You can request deletion of your One Year account and the data associated with it at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Use the button below to email us from any email account.
  2. Include the email address you used to sign in to One Year with Google so we can find and verify your account.
  3. We will confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Data we delete

We delete your One Year account record, the Google account email address associated with it, and your waitlist record from our database.

Data we may keep

We do not intentionally retain account or waitlist data after deletion. We may retain only information that we are legally required to keep, and only for the period required by law.
